The Reserve Study Process
As an APRA member, our reserve studies give community association managers, board members, and property owners the assurance that the major property expenses they’ll incur in the future are identified early and that a solid funding plan is in place for them.

- email us and we’ll send you the form to fill out and return.
- anticipate a response within 72 hours.
A proposal will consist of the scope of work we anticipate based on the questions you answered on the request for proposal form and a fixed price for our services. You may also receive an agreement for services.
